"The Matrix" is one of the best Sci-Fi movies ever made. Now that it's a trilogy, it's a much better trilogy that the original Star Wars (my ex-favorite Sci-Fi trilogy). The acting in The Matrix is killed by Keanu Reeves. While, he wasn't terrible in the movie, he wasn't good. It's pretty sad when a simple phrase as, "I know kung-fu" can cause entire theatre to bust out laughing. That's the way it was when I saw it. But, everything else about this movie makes it great. It's got awesome gun fights, awesome hand to hand combat, and most importantly, awesome special effects. That's what drew me into the movie. I wasn't expecting a great movie, but I was surprised. The Matrix is a great movie. See it if you haven't yet.
